This Privacy Policy explains how KitBeast Sports Apparel (operated by Avanti Custom Uniforms & Apparel, "KitBeast," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit kitbeastapparel.com, request a custom design or quote, order from us, text or call us, or use one of our team stores. By using our site or contacting us, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, start a design request, place an order, or text or call us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, team or organization name, shipping and billing address, the sport and products you are interested in, your message, and any logos, artwork or files you upload.
Information collected automatically. When you browse our site we receive your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the website or ad that sent you to us (including campaign details in the link you clicked, such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers). We store some of this in cookies and in your browser's local storage so we can remember the first place you came from, count visits, and recognize you if you come back.
Calls and texts. If you call or text our business number, we receive your phone number, the time of the call or message, and the content of any text you send. We may log the call or text so we can follow up and connect it to your request.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, prepare mockups and quotes, process and ship orders, and provide customer support.
- To contact you by phone, text message or email about your design request or order.
- To understand which of our advertising and marketing efforts bring customers to us, and to improve our website, products and ads.
- To measure and optimize our advertising on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.
- To keep our site secure, prevent spam and fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Text messages (SMS and iMessage)
If you give us your mobile number and submit a form, or text us first, you agree that KitBeast may text you about your request, mockups, orders and related customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies, pixels and similar technology
We use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel, the Google Ads tag and Shopify analytics, to see how visitors use our site, measure the results of our ads, and show our ads to people who have visited us. These tools may collect your IP address, browser information and the pages you visit, and may let advertising partners recognize your browser across sites. You can limit this by adjusting your browser's cookie settings, using your device's privacy controls, or using the ad settings on Facebook, Instagram and Google (for example, adsettings.google.com and facebook.com/adpreferences).
Who we share information with
We share information only with companies that help us run the business, and only as needed for the service they provide:
- Shopify hosts our website and store and processes orders and payments.
- Customer-management and messaging providers (for example, GoHighLevel for our customer records and follow-up, and Sendblue for text and iMessage delivery).
- Advertising and analytics partners (Meta and Google) that receive information about visits and actions on our site, such as viewing a page or submitting a request, to measure and improve our ads. This can include hashed contact details such as an email address or phone number.
- Review and content tools (for example, Elfsight, which displays our Facebook reviews on this site).
- Shipping carriers, payment processors, manufacturers and printers who need your details to fulfill and deliver your order.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, customers or the public, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing derek@kitbeastapparel.com or calling or texting 332-318-2729. Depending on where you live (for example, California and certain other states), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To opt out of ad-related sharing, use your browser or device privacy settings or the ad settings linked above, or contact us and we will help.
Data retention and security
We keep information for as long as we need it to serve you, support your orders, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our site is intended for coaches, parents, league organizers and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
