ORDER PROCESS - FAQ

1) How do you place an order?

A:  If you want, You can go to the contact us form and leave us a message and we can get right back to you.  Also feel free to call or text 5183500748 and we can help you out as soon as we can!

 

2)  Is there an artwork fee? How long does design take?

A: Yes $50 for one design - $80 for two Designs or - $100 for 3 or more designs. 

Here at Kitbeast, We are real people just like you. That is why we charge $50 for the one time artwork setup fee. We do this so we are able to spend the time necessary to make your vision become a reality. We never want you to have to settle for basic. Because of this, Sometimes that means it could take us 1-3 days to get a mockup back to you. 

 

3)  How many revisions allowed per mockup?

A:  Generally we can edit the design and make tweaks so that it comes out how you like, or better.  After that, if the design needs to continuously be changed or it becomes a new design, at that point we would need to charge for a new design. 

 

4) Is there a minimum?

A:  Yes, We have a minimum of 12 or more jerseys. That means you need to order atleast 12 or more for any new designs / orders. 

 

5)  What is the turnaround time? Is There A Shipping Fee?

A:  2 weeks is our turnaround time from payment.  $40 is the standard shipping fee.  We can add a rush fee which is $60 to guarantee you get them before that 2 week mark. Anything less than that, can sometimes be out of our hands.  But our 2 week window is always pretty accurate. 

 

6)  How much are uniforms?  Are names and numbers included in price?

A:  All of our products and prices are on the site.  Whatever price you see, that is the price for it to be fully customized with a players name and number.  All prices very depending on style and material. 

 

7)  Does our team make custom team logos? 

A:  Yes, If you do not already have a logo for your team, we can certainly create one for you.  It would count as one mockup charge. 

 

8)  Do we offer package deals / team stores?

A:  Yes, you can find both package deals, and team store tabs under our main menu.  For Team Stores, we charge a one time $150 setup fee to cover all of the artwork setups necessary to build the store. 

 

9) How do you know what size to order?

A:  We are working on a whole new page on the site that will show you all of our sizes, im the mean time we can provide you with one depending on the product you need.
